How It Works
Imagine a group of young leaders committed to growing together, who know and love one another, encourage and remind one another of God’s best, and help one another use their gifts and abilities in impactful ways. Laugh together, sometimes cry together, and invest deeply in each other, united by the common bond of their faith. That’s the community of young leaders we are building. We are a community passionate about serving our city and bringing hope to all people.
Our City
As the ninth-largest city and part of the fourth-largest metropolitan area in the nation, Dallas covers approximately 343 square miles and has a population of 1,241,162. The ultra-modern and sophisticated city attracts worldwide travelers, making the area the No. 1 visitor and leisure destination in Texas. Dallas and surrounding areas rank high in affordability, job availability, and access to fun. The city's most popular metro areas also offer a more relatable atmosphere for young people looking to live near their peers.
We believe that love can change a city, inspire a nation, and shift the conversation from what divides us, to what brings us all together.
Fight Hunger
Hunger is close to home, there are children that go to bed hungry every night. Our community volunteers and donates the monetary costs of meals. Our focus is to partner with farms, community gardens, and organizations that are providing nourishing food to people in need. With help from people like you, we have helped donate 5,000+ meals.
Help Homeless
We find homeless where they live—in shelters, coffee shops, under bridges, in remote camps, and parking lots in 1,200+ locations in Dallas. Our community volunteers to help the homeless build the bridges of faith and friendship that lead to a healthy and sustainable life. With help from people like you, we have served 1,000+ homeless people.
Serve Nations
We live just a few miles away from an ethnically diverse neighborhood of apartment complexes. The area is one of the most densely populated areas of Dallas and is home to 60,000+ refugees. With help from people like you, we have donated 1,000+ care packages. Our efforts expand globally as we support global partners with our disaster fund.
Over the years, we have worked together with organizations making a sustainable impact locally and globally.
Our Leaders
Millennials and Gen Z are passionate about making a difference but oftentimes do not know where to start. Our generation is seeking to find a cause and community.
