The following are a few points of emphasis regarding the City of Plano policies that all new teams should find helpful and returning teams can use as a reminder.

Feeling Sick Rules

Please abstain from the competition if you have experienced one of the following within the last 2 weeks:

  • Cough

  • Chills

  • Repeated shaking with chills

  • Sore throat

  • Loss of taste or smell

  • Temperature is greater than or equal to 100.0 °F

  • Exposed to COVID-19

Bats: All bats must be checked at Heritage Yards's office before use in any game. ASA or USA Softball-approved bats. At the Heritage Yards office, the City of Plano officials will apply an “orange” sticker to all bats that pass the bat-testing device.

Balls: Must be stamped with ASA or USA with a core of 52.300, 11" for Coed, 12" for Men.

Alcohol: Strictly prohibited from Heritage Yards. This applies to the parking lot as well as the inner facility itself.

Profanity: Heritage Yards prides itself on being a family-friendly facility. As such no profanity is permitted.

Rainouts: A determination when a game is rained out will be determined by 4 p.m. on game days or as weather conditions dictate after that.
